Minimum Requirements
- A 4-year B-Psych degree, an Honours Degree in Psychology, or an Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology.
- Professional registration with the Health Professional Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Registered Counsellor (Independent Practice) or Psychometrist (Independent Practice).
Core Knowledge
- Understanding of International Labour Organisation (ILO) Conventions.
- Knowledge of Financial and Human Resource Management principles.
- Expertise in psychometric assessment tools and procedures.
Required Skills
- Communication: Strong verbal, presentation, and professional report writing skills.
- Management: Effective leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Technical: Proficient in computer use and data analysis.
- Interpersonal: Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
