Requirements
To be considered for this internship, candidates must have a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in any of the following fields:
- Public Management or Public Administration
- Business Management
- Financial Accounting or Accounting
- Human Resource Management
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will provide administrative and operational support. Duties include:
- Assisting with the compilation of monthly statistics for assistive devices, pre-authorizations, rehabilitation case management, and re-openings.
- Capturing and updating data for chronic medication clients and assistive device programs.
- Handling enquiries from various stakeholders, including ministerial, telephonic, and walk-in clients.
- Managing meeting logistics, including coordinating invites, drafting minutes, and maintaining registers.
- Assisting with travel arrangements, including fleet management and accommodation bookings.
