The Department of Justice and Constitutional Development is responsible for supporting South Africa’s legal and court systems. The department provides financial and administrative help to the judiciary, oversees the National Prosecuting Authority, and offers legal advice to the government.
Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Assistant Manager for Finance to oversee supply chain activities, budget management, and payment processing. The successful candidate will work at our office in Centurion.
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) and a National Diploma (NQF 6) or Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management, Economics, Public Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Transaction and Payment Processing, and Budget Management.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), PPPFA, Treasury Regulations, and public sector budget procedures.
- Systems: Experience using financial systems such as BAS, JYP, and PERSAL is required.
- Licensing: A valid driver’s license.
