Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- A recognized NQF Level 6 qualification in Human Resource Development or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in project management.
- Knowledge and understanding of the tourism and hospitality sector, including the SETA landscape.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resource Development (HRD) and the Skills Development Act.
- Understanding of Public Service and Departmental procedures regarding HRD.
- Strong skills in programme and project management.
- A valid driver’s license (applicants with disabilities that prevent driving are still encouraged to apply).
