About the Role
Motus, South Africa’s leading automotive group, is looking for a reliable and professional Light Duty Driver to join our Europcar team in Nelspruit. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to meet company quality standards.
- Conduct quality control checks, including identifying maintenance needs and checking for expired vehicle licenses.
- Refuel vehicles and check essential fluids (oil, water, and tyre pressure) after every rental.
- Deliver vehicles to customers promptly and professionally.
- Handle vehicle check-ins according to company procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the yard and surrounding areas.
- Act with integrity and safeguard the company’s assets and customer interests.
Requirements
- Education: Matric certificate (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional driving experience.
- License: A valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license (must have held the license for at least 2 years).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read maps.
- Communication: Must be fully bilingual and able to communicate effectively with customers in English.
