Role Overview
We are looking for five dedicated interns to join our Medical Payments division. This role is ideal for graduates looking to gain practical experience in public administration and claim processing within a government environment.
Minimum Requirements
- A completed three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Public Management or Public Administration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Primary Duties
During this internship, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the department. Key tasks include:
- Registering new claims and providing formal acknowledgments.
- Identifying and obtaining outstanding information required to process claims.
- Managing document workflows, including scanning and photocopying.
- Providing general administrative assistance to the medical payments team.
