Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and motivated Assistant Director to join our Infrastructure and Climate Financing team. This role is essential in supporting the country’s financial strategies regarding sustainable infrastructure and climate-related initiatives.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Grade 12 certificate is required, along with a National Diploma (NQF level 6) in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Investment Management, or Mathematical Sciences. A Bachelor’s degree (NQF level 7) in any of these fields will be an added advantage.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial markets, development finance, or a policy environment.
- Research Skills: Experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Market Knowledge: Proven ability to analyze market information and use it to inform business decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience engaging with various market and policy stakeholders.
