Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this internship, candidates must hold a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in any of the following fields:
- Public Management or Public Administration
- Business Management or Business Administration
- Administrative Management
- Financial Accounting or Accounting
- Human Resource Management
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will assist the department with various administrative and financial tasks, including:
- Record Management: Handling filing, scanning, and tracking important documents.
- Invoice Processing: Verifying medical invoices, checking for duplicates, and capturing data accurately.
- General Administration: Compiling professional letters, handling telephone enquiries, and assisting with general office duties.
- Data Entry: Stamping manual invoices and ensuring all records are updated in the system.
