Job Overview
We are seeking a professional Senior Administration Officer to lead our Operations Admin Teams. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative functions, supporting depot operations, and managing a team to ensure efficient service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- A National Diploma in Public Administration or Public Management.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate administrative and clerical tasks within your area.
- Operational Support: Provide essential administrative support to the Depot to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Record Management: Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and maintain accurate records according to archive policies.
- Human Resources: Assist in identifying recruitment and training needs for the department.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure minutes are recorded and distributed.
- Asset Management: Take responsibility for tracking and managing assets within the depot.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor the allocated budget and follow proper financial management processes.
- Staff Management: Supervise subordinates to ensure work is completed effectively and professionally.
- Equipment Procurement: Facilitate the hiring or purchasing of necessary office equipment.
