Requirements
To be considered for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A completed undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognized by SAQA.
- Qualifications in any of the following fields: Public Management, Business Management, Operations Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), Nursing, Law (LLB), BCom, Finance, or Administration.
Key Responsibilities
As an intern in the Benefits Processing and Adjudication department, your duties will include:
- Registering and acknowledging new claims.
- Preparing documentation for compensation benefits.
- Performing various administrative tasks to support the department.
- Handling and resolving claim-related enquiries.
