Position Overview
We are offering an internship opportunity for three motivated individuals to join our Claim Registration team. This role is designed to provide practical work experience in administration and public service management.
Requirements
To qualify for this internship, you must have a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in one of the following fields:
- Public Management or Public Administration
- Business Management or Business Administration
- Administration Management or General Management
- Financial Accounting or Accounting
- Human Resource Management
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will assist with various administrative tasks, including:
- Managing and organizing records.
- Scanning and filing documents accurately.
- Handling general enquiries and registering claims.
- Compiling official letters and documents.
- Collecting and tracking the movement of files.
- Answering and directing telephone calls.
