Requirements

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will assist with the following tasks:
- Claim Processing: Registering and executing claim tasks within the system.
- Client Enquiries: Handling questions from clients and sourcing outstanding information to finalize claims.
- Quality Assurance: Reviewing claims for accuracy and conducting claim verifications.
- Benefit Calculation: Verifying the calculations for various benefits.
- Administrative Support: Performing general office duties, including filing and document management for the processing office.
