Role Overview

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this internship, you must have a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in any of the following fields:

  • Administrative Management
  • Operations Management
  • Office Management and Technology

Key Responsibilities

As an intern, you will support the department by performing the following duties:

  • Claim Processing: Registering and executing tasks related to claim files.
  • Client Services: Handling enquiries, responding to client queries, and sourcing outstanding information needed to finalise claims.
  • Quality Control: Conducting claim verifications and checking benefit calculations for accuracy.
  • Administration: Providing general administrative support at the provincial office, including organized filing and document management.
