Requirements

Primary Duties
As an Emergency Call Centre Agent, your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and capturing incoming emergency calls accurately into the CAD data system.
- Managing caller anxiety and stress while gathering critical information.
- Interviewing callers to assess the nature and priority of each emergency.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in the control room.
