Job Overview

We are looking for two professional and organized Administration Clerks to join our Human Resource Management (HRM) team. The successful candidates will assist with various HR functions to ensure efficient departmental operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: A Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Practical experience in Human Resources is required, specifically in areas such as Salary Administration, Service Conditions, Personnel Management, Exit Management, and Recruitment and Selection.
  • Systems: Appropriate experience using the PERSAL system is essential.

Key Competencies and Skills

  • A solid understanding of Human Resource legislation and government policies.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and complete tasks with or without constant supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PERSAL.
  • A natural aptitude for working with figures and data.
