Job Overview: Shop Assistant/Cashier (P27)

Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Shop Assistant and Cashier. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a great shopping experience. You will be responsible for helping customers, keeping the store organized, and processing transactions accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers, assist them in finding products, and handle any questions or concerns with a friendly attitude.
- Cashier Duties: Process cash and card payments accurately, handle Lay-Bys and refunds, and ensure the till balances at the end of your shift.
- Merchandising: Keep the sales floor fully stocked, ensure items are priced correctly, and set up promotional displays.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and tidy shopping environment and help with regular stock takes.
- Risk Management: Follow company security policies, ensure items are properly tagged, and stay alert to prevent theft or fraudulent activity.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English).
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly personality.
- High energy levels and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Previous experience in a retail environment is an advantage but not required.
