General Worker – Paarl
Ntice Sourcing Solutions is committed to improving recruitment efficiency. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable General Worker to join our production team in Paarl, Western Cape.
Role Purpose
In this role, you will support the packaging department to ensure production targets are met on time. You will be responsible for maintaining high safety and quality standards to ensure all products meet the required specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist machine operators with cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.
- Help with various ad hoc tasks as required by the production team.
- Complete production duties according to the set schedule.
- Strictly follow all workplace standards and process control procedures.
- Check the quality of incoming materials and finished products.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- 2 to 3 years of experience working in a production environment.
- Availability to work shifts and overtime as needed.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Understanding of HACCP and general manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of quality control and production standards.
- Basic technical, numerical, and administrative skills.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Good problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
- Target-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
