The Role

In this position, you will provide high-level support to our governance and assurance functions. You will be responsible for ensuring that executive operations run smoothly and that all board-related activities are handled with precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Board and Committee governance processes.
  • Prepare and manage Board packs, action logs, and essential documentation.
  • Coordinate executive schedules, travel arrangements, and team collaborations.
  • Maintain assurance calendars, registers, and documentation for audits.
  • Improve operational efficiency within governance and assurance functions.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in executive support, governance, or assurance.
  • Proven experience supporting Board or Executive Committee meetings.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Experience using BoardBook and Signiflow is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
