Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified Senior Supervisor Technical Operating to join our team in Mpumalanga. This is a full-time position focused on leading technical operations, ensuring plant safety, and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing plant operations and team leadership, including:
- Managing the de-commissioning and re-commissioning of plant equipment.
- Leading the implementation of both short-term and long-term operational objectives.
- Directing and developing human resources within the section through coaching and mentoring.
- Ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and fire safety regulations.
- Coordinating and controlling technical specifications for plant operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: National Diploma (Technical) or relevant National Certificate.
- Experience: At least 5 years of related technical experience.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of plant fundamentals, root cause analysis, and legislative operating requirements.
- Physical Requirement: Candidates must not have color blindness due to the technical nature of the work.
