Sales Assistant (Contract) – Crocs Access Park
Ares Holdings is looking for an energetic and professional Sales Assistant to join our Crocs team at Access Park, Kuilsriver. This is a contract position for someone who loves retail and is passionate about providing great customer service.
About the Role
In this role, you will be the face of our brand. You will help customers find the perfect products, ensure the store looks its best, and work with a team that values a positive attitude and mutual support.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Sales: Greet every customer promptly and help them find what they need. Use your product knowledge to suggest items and complete sales.
- Inventory Management: Keep shelves stocked with footwear and accessories. Help process new deliveries and ensure all stock is accurately recorded in the system.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized shop floor, including the fitting rooms and counter area. Assist the manager with opening and closing duties.
- Merchandising: Arrange displays according to brand standards and help update window displays and mannequins.
- Personal Development: Participate in regular training sessions to improve your skills and qualify for future promotion opportunities.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or retail.
- Knowledge of Crocs products is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
