Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officers

We are looking for a highly professional Personal Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) in managing their daily operations and strategic priorities.
Role Overview
As the Personal Assistant to the CEOs, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. You will act as a primary point of contact, a strategic coordinator, and a gatekeeper, allowing the CEOs to focus on leading the organization effectively.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEOs to optimize their daily schedules and effectiveness.
- Manage all incoming communication, including emails and phone calls, ensuring the CEOs are informed of critical matters while filtering out less urgent information.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive discussions with diplomacy and discretion.
- Assist in coordinating projects and special assignments, ensuring all action items are followed up on.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, speeches, briefings, and project proposals.
- Represent the CEOs and the company professionally when interacting with board members, investors, and partners.
- Plan and organize detailed travel itineraries and documentation, accompanying the CEOs when required.
- Lead and organize administrative tasks to ensure the team meets all necessary deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Completion of First Line Management Programs.
- Approximately 10 years of experience in an executive support role, ideally supporting C-suite executives in a large organization.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to build strong professional relationships.
- Proficient in modern collaboration and communication tools.
