Job Summary

We are looking for a professional Admin Co-Ordinator to provide essential administrative support. In this role, you will be responsible for financial processing, managing stock, and ensuring daily office operations run smoothly. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process purchase orders and invoices accurately.
  • Manage the receiving of stock and oversee monthly stock-take programs.
  • Handle banking duties, sales processing, and financial reconciliations.
  • Prepare, capture, and summarize data for regular reports.
  • Perform general office duties, including organized filing and archiving.
  • Assist cashiers with customer queries and resolve pricing errors.
  • Manage delivery notebooks and maintain the key register.
  • Follow up on claims and assist with health and safety compliance.
  • Work with auditors during visits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Process EFTs and maintain the poison register.
  • Ensure all activities follow company procedures and standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative position.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
