Job Purpose

As an Artisan Millwright, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency of our bakery operations through technical support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment issues at the bakery according to the maintenance schedule.
• Perform preventive plant maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Offer on-the-job training to apprentices, ensuring they gain the necessary skills and meet training standards.
• Execute plant and system upgrades in line with project plans.
• Perform regular system maintenance and equipment checks as required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Relevant Trade qualification.
• Registered Artisan (Department of Labour / Red Seal).

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant trade.
• At least 3 years of experience working specifically within a baking environment.
