Role Overview
We are looking for four energetic learners to join our Claims Department for a 12-month program. You will learn how to process and manage insurance claims from start to finish. Your goal will be to ensure all claims are valid, provide excellent customer service, and help the company settle claims fairly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Qualification: You must have a Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
- Experience: No previous work experience is required.

What You Will Do
As a learner, you will be trained to handle various administrative and technical tasks, including:
Claims Administration & Processing
- Registering new claims and preparing payments for approval.
- Reviewing and validating claim documents to ensure they are accurate.
- Checking that claims fall under the correct policy coverage.
- Maintaining digital records and updating claim files regularly.
- Using professional judgment to help resolve claims within your authority.
- Working with external partners to ensure claims are handled according to company standards.
- Reporting any gaps in insurance coverage to the underwriting department.
- Responding to customer questions and queries in a timely manner.
Communication & Liaison
- Communicating with insurance brokers and agents about the progress of claims.
- Helping negotiate fair settlements for claims.
- Providing regular updates to all involved parties.
