Technical Driver – Western Cape
National Renal Care (NRC) is a leading provider of dialysis therapy in South Africa. Established in 1995, we operate an extensive network of 64 dedicated dialysis units across the country. We are currently seeking a professional and reliable Technical Driver to join our team in the Western Cape.
Role Overview
As a Technical Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of services to our customers while maintaining the high standards associated with the National Renal Care brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide fast, efficient, and high-quality delivery services to all customers.
- Perform daily vehicle safety checks to ensure the vehicle is in good working order.
- Maintain a neat personal appearance and build positive relationships with customers.
- Follow all safe working procedures and technical instructions strictly.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to team goals.
- Uphold the core values and caring culture of National Renal Care.
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) with good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar driving role. Experience within a renal or healthcare environment is an advantage.
- License: A valid Code 8 or Code 10 Driver’s License.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office) and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Attributes: Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
