Assistant Manager: Sales and Product Training

We are currently looking for a professional Assistant Manager for Sales and Product Training to join our TALA Dealer School in Johannesburg.
Role Overview
This position is based within the Sales and Dealer Network Division and reports to the Manager of Sales and Product Training. You will play a key role in developing the skills of our sales force and ensuring our brand standards are met across the network.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Development: Design, create, and maintain high-quality online training materials and roadshow content.
- Training Facilitation: Lead training sessions for brand ambassadors and dealership sales executives, focusing on both product knowledge and soft skills.
- Assessments: Develop and conduct assessments for National Skills Competitions and dealer evaluations.
- Project Management: Create and monitor project plans and provide detailed monthly reports on training outcomes.
- Collaboration: Design custom content for special projects and ensure all materials meet quality standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: A relevant NQF Level 5 qualification (minimum 240 credits).
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably within the motor industry.
- Facilitation: Proven experience as a training facilitator. Experience as a qualified Assessor or Moderator is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Travel: Ability and willingness to travel as required.
