Role Overview
We are seeking a professional Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Gauteng. This is a full-time position focused on providing technical support for compensation initiatives, ensuring our pay practices remain competitive and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in salary and benefit surveys and analyze market data to provide meaningful insights.
- Review remuneration data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update employee information on SAP in accordance with payroll requirements.
- Monitor salary levels against pay scales to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Stay updated on environmental trends regarding salaries and benefits.
- Provide proactive advice to management regarding compensation strategies.
- Handle and resolve compensation-related queries from the business.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Administration, or an equivalent NQF 7 qualification.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in compensation analysis or HR analytics.
- Specialized Experience: 1 to 2 years of specific experience within a compensation environment.
- Tools: Experience using salary surveys and benchmarking tools is preferred.
- Professional Development: A WorldatWork (GRP) qualification is a plus (can be in progress).
