About the Role
EY is a global leader in assurance, tax, and consulting services. We are looking for an experienced Quality Assistant Manager to join our Africa Consulting team. In this role, you will support our growing business by ensuring we follow internal risk and governance rules while delivering excellent service to our clients across the continent.
You will focus on strengthening our current processes and helping our teams maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders across Africa to drive quality and risk management strategies.
- Act as a primary contact for staff to help resolve quality or risk-related queries.
- Help teams understand and follow firm policies and best practices.
- Review independence and quality control documents for various projects.
- Identify ways to improve and innovate existing business processes.
- Monitor quality programs and provide monthly reports on their progress.
- Work with different departments and regions to ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Risk Management, Project Management, or Business Management).
- At least 3 years of work experience in a large professional services environment.
- Experience in Quality and Risk Management is a plus.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
