Senior Professional Officer – IQMS (Re-advertisement)
The City of Cape Town is South Africa’s oldest city and its third-largest economic hub. As the administrative and economic center of the Western Cape, the City is dedicated to providing efficient service and clear communication to the public. We are currently looking for a qualified professional to join our team as a Senior Professional Officer focusing on Integrated Quality Management Systems (IQMS).

Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A relevant Bachelor’s degree or BTech with a focus on Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Quality Management Systems, or Business Improvement.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of professional experience in implementing and maintaining Safety, Health, Risk, and Quality (SHRQ) systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able-bodied to perform required duties.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional registration within the field of OHS.
- Previous experience working within water and sanitation operations, construction, or other technical sectors.
