Key Responsibilities

As a General Worker, your daily duties will include:

• Planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting various crops.
• Operating agricultural machinery, such as tractors and plows.
• Assisting with the maintenance and repair of farm equipment.
• Loading and unloading supplies, tools, and farm products.
• Keeping work areas clean and well-maintained.
• Assisting with the care and feeding of livestock when necessary.
• Following all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Completing other general tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in agriculture or a similar manual labor field (preferred).
• The ability to operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Strong physical stamina and a positive work ethic.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• A willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• The ability to follow instructions clearly and work independently.
• A valid driver’s license (this may be an advantage).
