We focus on providing innovative solutions to agricultural producers and stakeholders. We are currently looking for a hardworking and dedicated General Worker to join our Milling team in Mokopane.
Role Overview
As a General Worker, you will be responsible for various manual tasks and general maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of our facility. This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading and offloading of stock according to company procedures.
- Maintain the general tidiness and cleanliness of the premises and warehouse.
- Perform general housekeeping and janitorial duties.
- Carry out basic maintenance tasks, including painting.
- Support stock control efforts and assist team members as needed.
- Follow all safety instructions and company policies accurately.
Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF4 qualification.
- Language: Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to perform heavy manual labor and remain physically active throughout the day.
- Skills: Good practical skills, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
- Traits: Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Experience: Previous experience in painting or stock handling is an advantage.
