Spitz – Flexi Store Assistant (Sandton City, Gauteng)

We are looking for a motivated and professional Flexi Store Assistant to join our team at Sandton City. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service and support our daily store operations.
Your Role
As a Flexi Store Assistant, you will ensure every customer has a great shopping experience. You will be responsible for providing expert product advice, managing stock, and handling cash transactions with high accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Deliver a premium shopping experience by building relationships with customers and sharing expert product knowledge.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately at the cash desk and follow all daily banking procedures to ensure zero errors.
- Stock Management: Assist with weekly stock counts, organize the storeroom, and ensure all products are correctly paired and displayed.
- Store Operations: Support the team in meeting deadlines and maintaining the luxury standards of the brand.
Requirements
- Education: Matric / Grade 12 is essential.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (experience in luxury or fashion retail is an advantage).
- Skills: Strong numerical skills for handling payments and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak trading hours.
- Attributes: A passion for high-end fashion, a professional attitude, and the ability to work well in a team.
