We are looking for a professional and energetic Flexi Store Assistant to join our team at the Golden Walk store in Germiston. The Role
As a Flexi Store Assistant, you will help provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Your goal is to support sales success, manage stock efficiently, and ensure all cash transactions are handled with care and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service and Sales
- Provide a premium shopping experience by offering expert product knowledge.
- Build strong relationships with customers through personalized service.
- Represent the Spitz brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Cash Management
- Handle cash desk duties accurately to ensure there are no errors.
- Follow daily banking and cash control processes strictly.
- Process manual transactions correctly when necessary.
Stock and Organization
- Manage daily stock procedures to keep the store running smoothly.
- Help fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately.
- Perform weekly stock counts and keep the storeroom organized.
- Maintain the quality of our products through regular stock checks and pairing.
What You Need to Succeed
- Education: You must have a Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of retail experience is required (experience in luxury or fashion retail is a plus).
- Skills: Good math skills and a high level of accuracy when handling money.
- Attributes: A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work well within a team.
- Availability: You must be flexible and able to work weekends, public holidays, and busy trading hours.
