Job Opportunity: Flexi Store Assistant – Goldfields Mall, Welkom

We are currently looking for a motivated Flexi Store Assistant to join our team in Welkom. In this role, you will help us maintain our brand’s reputation by providing excellent service and managing store operations with care.
Your Responsibilities
- Customer Excellence: Deliver a premium shopping experience by sharing product knowledge and building positive relationships with customers.
- Cash Management: Handle cash desk duties accurately, ensuring all transactions and daily banking processes are completed without errors.
- Stock Control: Assist with daily stock procedures, including weekly stock counts, organizing the storeroom, and ensuring all items are correctly paired and displayed.
- Store Support: Help fulfill customer orders and work with the team to keep the store running smoothly.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
- 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (experience in luxury or fashion retail is a plus).
- A genuine passion for high-end fashion and footwear.
- Strong basic math skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and busy trading hours.
- A friendly, professional attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
