Requirements

We are looking for driven young individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Must be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 29.
• Must have a National Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must be currently unemployed and not enrolled in full-time studies during the programme.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Available Fields of Study

• Information Technology: Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Product Development, and BI.
• Technical Support: Desktop and Technical Support.
• Business & Finance: Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Sales.
• Corporate Services: Human Resources (HR), Legal, and Marketing & Communications.
• Risk Management: Fraud and Risk analysis.

What You Will Do

As an intern, you will be part of a structured programme where you will:

• Support daily operations and assist with various projects.
• Help with customer service, administration, or technical tasks.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops.
• Share new ideas to help improve business processes.
• Shadow senior professionals to learn key business functions.
