The Role
As an ATM Maintenance Cleaner, you will be responsible for keeping Automated Teller Machine (ATM) facilities clean and in good condition for banking clients. This involves scheduled cleaning of both the exterior of the machines and the internal ATM rooms. Your goal is to ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment for all users.

Your Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize ATM machines and surrounding rooms according to the schedule.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
  • Inspect areas for signs of vandalism or illegal skimming devices to ensure customer safety.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks and report any faults or security concerns immediately.
  • Follow strict security and safety procedures.
  • Use mobile applications to complete digital checklists and reports after each visit.
  • Travel between different sites as required.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in cleaning, preferably in a commercial or secure environment.
  • Experience working in banking, retail, or security-sensitive locations is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using smartphones and mobile apps for job documentation.
  • Strong integrity, honesty, and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and follow a schedule, including early mornings or after-hours.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing all cleaning duties.
  • Basic knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
