Kurt Geiger: Flexi Store Assistant (Clearwater Mall, Roodepoort)

We are looking for a professional and energetic Flexi Store Assistant to join our Kurt Geiger team at Clearwater Mall. In this role, you will help provide an exceptional shopping experience, manage stock, and ensure the store runs smoothly.
What You Will Do
Customer Service and Sales
- Provide a premium shopping experience by greeting and assisting customers.
- Share expert knowledge about our luxury products and footwear.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Stock Management
- Manage daily stock procedures and organize the storeroom.
- Perform weekly stock counts and ensure all products are correctly paired.
- Help fulfill customer orders quickly and accurately.
Cash Handling
- Process transactions at the cash desk with high accuracy.
- Follow daily banking and cash control procedures.
- Ensure there are no variances in the daily cash balance.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of retail experience (fashion or luxury retail is a plus).
- Skills: Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and busy trading periods.
- Personality: A team player with a passion for high-end fashion and great customer service.
