Job Purpose
We are seeking a competent and organized individual to provide professional registry and records management services to support our departmental operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or an equivalent qualification).
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Providing efficient registry services.
- Managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintaining an organized filing and records management system.
- Operating office machinery related to registry functions.
- Preparing and processing documents for archiving and disposal.
Required Knowledge and Skills
To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of:
- Registry duties, practices, and records storage procedures.
- The legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Standard office computer applications and registry software.
