Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and motivated Sales Assistant for a permanent part-time position at our Waterfall branch. You will be responsible for providing excellent service and ensuring the store operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by using effective selling techniques.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Help manage and reduce stock loss in the store.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and store turnover.
- Maintain high standards of store housekeeping and visual merchandising.
- Contribute to a positive and inspiring shopping environment.

Minimum Requirements
- At least 6 months of previous experience in a retail environment.
- A Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- A clear criminal record.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of current clothing trends and the outdoor lifestyle.
