Unemployed Learnership: Human Resources (Business Administration)

Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) is offering an exciting opportunity for talented individuals to join our Human Resources Department. We are looking for candidates to participate in a Business Administration Learnership. This specific program is dedicated to supporting people living with disabilities.

Locations

The learnership is available at our offices in the following areas:

• Pretoria
• Polokwane
• Heidelberg
• Nigel
• Midrand

Program Overview

This is a 12-month structured learning program that combines formal theoretical training with practical on-the-job experience. Upon successful completion, learners will earn an NQF Level 4 Business Administration qualification.

Requirements

To be considered for this learnership, you must meet the following criteria:

• Have a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Be a South African citizen.
• Be currently unemployed and not enrolled in any full-time studies.
• Be between the ages of 18 and 35.
• Provide a valid medical record detailing your disability.
• Be proficient in English and at least one other South African language.
• Have no criminal record.
• Must not have previously completed this specific qualification or learnership at another organization.
