Role Overview
The General Assistant plays a vital role in our kitchen operations. You will support our Cooks and Chefs with food preparation, serve meals to our clients, and ensure that all dining and kitchen areas remain clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of various meals and food items.
- Set up the serving line with entrees, salads, and desserts.
- Keep the serving area well-stocked and clean throughout service.
- Record and store leftover food according to safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the canteen, kitchen, and dining tables.
- Carry out reasonable instructions from management to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with other general duties as required by the team.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar kitchen or catering role.
- A culinary qualification will be considered an advantage.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
