Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Grade 12 certificate and an NQF Level 6 qualification in Human Resource Management. A PERSAL Controller certificate is a plus.
- Experience: At least three (3) years of experience at a supervisory level within Human Resource Management. You must have direct experience with conditions of service and the PERSAL system.
- Knowledge: A strong understanding of government policies, public service regulations, the PFMA, and Treasury regulations. Knowledge of the System Change Control (SCC) system is also required.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. You should be comfortable with negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management.
- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and monitoring and evaluation processes.
- License: A valid driver’s license is required.
