We are looking for an independent external professional to serve as an Ordinary Member of the Enterprise Risk Management Committee. This role requires a specialist with a deep understanding of governance and risk frameworks within the public or private sector.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Internal Audit, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of management experience.
- Committee Experience: Previous experience serving on a Risk Management or Audit Committee is essential.
- Technical Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury Regulations, ISO3100, King IV Report on Corporate Governance, COSO, and the Public Sector Risk Management Framework.
- Specialized Skills: Expertise in Enterprise Risk Management, Auditing, Financial Management, Legal issues, Corporate Governance, Performance Management, Project Management, Compliance, and Business Continuity Management.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working within a communications environment will be considered a strong advantage.
