Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A Senior Certificate (Grade 12), National Senior Certificate, or NCV Level 4 Certificate.
- Qualification: A recognized National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Internal Auditing or an equivalent qualification. A Bachelor’s Degree in Internal Audit will be an added advantage.
- Professional Registration: Must be registered with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).
- Experience: At least 3 years of supervisory experience in an Internal Auditing or Risk Management environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience in developing policies and implementation strategies. You must be familiar with the CET Act, Public Sector Risk Management Framework, PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and Internal Auditing Standards.
- License: A valid Driver’s License is required.
