HR Internship Programme (5 Positions)

Purpose of the Job
This internship program is designed to provide recent graduates with the opportunity to gain practical workplace experience and develop their skills within a professional banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will be required to:
- Assist with daily departmental operations and administrative tasks.
- Support various HR projects and departmental initiatives.
- Capture, update, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Conduct research and analyze data as needed.
- Prepare professional presentations, correspondence, and documentation.
- Participate in scheduled training, workshops, and development activities.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Perform other duties related to the internship and your learning objectives.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be an unemployed graduate with little to no work experience (0-6 months).
- A relevant Degree or Diploma in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or Human Resource Development (NQF Level 6 or higher).
- A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- A basic understanding of core Human Resources functions.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on teamwork.
- A professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as under supervision.
- Good time management, self-discipline, and accountability.
