Sasol is looking for a dedicated General Worker to join our team in Secunda, Mpumalanga. This role is essential for maintaining our HVAC systems and ensuring our world-scale facilities continue to operate efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this job is to ensure continuous plant availability through the effective maintenance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) equipment. Your daily tasks will include:
- Performing maintenance on all HVAC and related equipment.
- Cleaning cooling towers and washing HVAC units and filters.
- Sanding and painting HVAC units to prevent wear and tear.
- Keeping storerooms, plant rooms, and HVAC yards clean and organized.
- Safely carrying tools and equipment to various work sites.
- Operating mobile high-pressure cleaning machines.
- Maintaining a high standard of safety and good housekeeping at all times.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A National Senior Certificate (Matric) or N3 qualification.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience, specifically within an Electrical or HVAC environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Communication: The ability to speak and write clearly in English.
- License: A valid driver’s license is compulsory (Code EB or EC1 is an advantage).
