Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) that allows for registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
- A post-basic nursing qualification with a duration of at least 1 year, accredited by SANC.
- A minimum of 10 years of nursing experience after registering with SANC.
- At least 6 years of this experience must be in the specific specialty after obtaining the 1-year post-basic qualification.
- At least 3 years of this experience must be at a Management level.
- Applicants must provide proof of work experience endorsed by Human Resources.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Skills and Knowledge
- Extensive experience working in Primary Health Care (PHC) settings.
- The ability to monitor and analyze data quality assessments.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in computer use.
- The ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work extra hours when necessary.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
