Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A Grade 12 Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- A solid understanding of customer care and the Batho Pele Principles.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Administering the procurement of goods and services according to established government regulations.
- Compiling official requests for the Supply Chain Management directorate.
- Ensuring effective document control and maintaining a high standard of record-keeping.
- Providing administrative support for functional planning and acquisition management operations.
- Offering secretariat support services to Supply Chain Management committees.
