Role Purpose

We are seeking a professional Sales Administration Supervisor to lead our CVA costing team. In this role, you will provide critical administrative support to our service operations across Greater Africa, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the CVA costing team to ensure high productivity and profitability.
  • Oversee end-to-end costing processes and resolve internal and external customer queries.
  • Act as a Superuser for SAP and CRM systems, maintaining accurate master data and contract management.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) and meet financial targets.
  • Monitor cost center expenses and handle debtor-related inquiries.
  • Ensure all staffing and safety requirements are met within the work environment.
  • Maintain clear communication between the team and senior management.
  • Uphold the Barloworld Equipment leadership philosophy.

Requirements and Skills

  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric) plus a recognized qualification in Accounting or Administration.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in costing and administration.
  • Technical Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP/CRM Superuser, specifically managing contracts.
  • Leadership: Proven potential to lead a team and achieve results through talent management.
  • Analytical Skills: High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Self-Management: Excellent time management and the ability to take ownership of performance.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
