Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must have:
- A National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or a Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management.
- A valid driver’s license.
- A strong understanding of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Supply Chain Management practices and procedures.
- Knowledge of preferential procurement and current financial legislation.
- The ability to interpret and implement SCM frameworks and regulations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Experience in report writing and data analysis.
- Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work effectively with other government agencies.
